Shared transport (an overnight Volvo or Tempo Traveller), budget stays shared by four, simple meals, and a full bus. The fare on each trip page is that trip's real price for quad sharing; triple and double cost more and are listed next to it.
Each trip page lists its inclusions and exclusions line by line, plus the extras you may pay for, priced where we know the price. Typically: transport from the boarding city and back, stays, the meals named on each day, and a trip leader. Lunches on the road, local taxis, porters and personal expenses are usually extra, and the page says so.
You can book a single seat. You travel with the group and a trip leader the whole way, rooms are shared by sharing type, and the team is on WhatsApp throughout. If you want something specific, ask before you book.
On most trips, yes, from the boarding city shown on the trip (usually Delhi; the yatras start in Haridwar, Kedarkantha in Dehradun, Hampta Pass in Manali). The inclusions list on each trip says exactly which legs are covered.
80% back if you cancel 15 or more days before departure, 50% at 7 to 14 days, and nothing in the last 7 days, because by then stays and transport are paid for. Refunds take 5–7 working days.
